What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of hands-on or virtual energy healing in which the practitioner is a vessel to channel universal energy through their client.

Reiki is a natural healing and relaxation technique that aids in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki is a gentle and non-intrusive way to open up the energy pathways in a person’s body for optimum health. The practitioner serves as a facilitator for the energy - it is always the person receiving that determines how it is to best help them. As a healer, Gina's work is through higher energy vibrations to reduce fear and elevate the consciousness of truth and light for her clients,

Reiki is a wonderful complement to traditional medicine..

Since Reiki is very personal, sessions are customized to best help you serve your personal health needs. Stress is often caused by feelings or thoughts that interfere with what is naturally good, such as fear, worry, anger, and doubt. If these emotions continue on a regular basis it creates blockages in your energy system. Gina Lynn specializes in helping people who are going through transitions such as relationships and loss and those seeking preventative healing and spiritual growth.

Before a session

To prepare for a Reiki session, you should drink water before your session and if it is a distance energy healing session you should create a calm place for you to relax, uninterrupted, with a glass of water, pen, and paper nearby.

During an in-person energy healing session, you will lay (typically on your back) on a table in a comfortable position. Gina will start the session with a chat and wrap up the session with a consultation. This is your moment to let go, relax and to receive the healing during this time, for you.

Following your session, you should spend time in nature, drink fluids and create a relaxing space before going to sleep. to amplify the healing benefits from your session. You will find you sleep much better!
