Reiki Level I: Self-Care Weekend

Service Description

You will LOVE this weekend intensive class to learn Reiki for self-care and how to help others! No experience necessary! The FULL weekend will include: **Basics of energy healing and the energy system **Brief introduction on Reiki history **Learn the 5 Reiki principles ** Experience a guided relaxation & energy level I attunement **Learn how to apply a Reiki for self-treatment **Learn how to apply healing to others in a home setting ** Plenty of hands on practice with feedback **Learn to trust your intuition **All materials & Reiki level I certificate included No experience is necessary but it is highly recommended you have received a at least 1 energy healing session prior to class for a greater understanding of what you will experience. *Perfect for anyone in the health/healing field or those who are want to deepen their wellness & spiritual practices! *Space for 8 participants for personal attention. Class Hours: Saturday 9:30-3:30 & Sunday 10-2pm Your Person Investment - $250 Quality training with an experienced instructor.
